Dear Vonage Mobile User, As of March 31, 2012, the original Vonage Mobile® app will no longer be in service. But there's good news! Now there is a new and improved Vonage Mobile app available through iTunes. The new app also works on 3G and 4G networks so you can use it even when you're outside of Wi-fi hotspots. When you download the NEW Vonage Mobile app, you can make FREE high-definition calls and send FREE texts worldwide to friends who have the app¹. High-definition audio provides dramatically better voice quality than traditional cell phone calls. The new Vonage Mobile app will save you money, even if you make international calls to anyone who has not yet downloaded the app - get ultra low-cost international calling with per minutes rates that are on average 70% less than major mobile carriers and 30% less than Skype™ ². And to celebrate the launch of our new app, we have an exciting introductory offer. When you download Vonage Mobile, calls to any phone in the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico from anywhere in the world will be free for a limited time (not to exceed 3000 minutes per month).³ In order to receive a prompt refund of any remaining balance, you must immediately cancel your existing Vonage Mobile service. Please follow the directions below and then delete the app from your phone. Please note that deleting the Vonage Mobile app alone will not cancel your service or refund your account. If you choose not to cancel now, you will receive a refund of any remaining balance shortly after March 31, 2012.
